The Lantern Festival, a time for family reunion and heartfelt warmth, has evolved from the ancient "Yuánxiao" of the Song Dynasty to today’s myriad forms. With each bite, we savor not just the soft, chewy texture but also the thousand-year cultural heritage it carries.
