Open your browser, search for or enter our official URL (https://www.reedbiotech.com) to access the homepage.
Step 2: Locate the Tool Entry
On the website's navigation bar, go to 【TECHNOLOGY】 – 【Results Calculation & Application Analysis】 and you will find it there.
Step 3: Select the Corresponding Calculation Function
Choose the appropriate calculation module based on your product type.
Step 4: Enter the Basic Parameters
Fill in the assay item name (optional), select the concentration unit (required), choose the experimental protocol (required), and input the complete standard curve data. After confirming everything is correct, click 【Computer Fitting】 to obtain the standard curve and relevant parameters

Step 5: Enter Sample Readout Data to Obtain Target Concentration Results
Paste the microplate reader readout data directly into the corresponding fields. Enter the blank well OD value and dilution factor, then click the 【Calculate Sample Concentration】 button. The system will automatically perform the calculations and instantly display the precise results.

Step 6: Copy / Use the Data
The result data will include the sample's corrected value (corrected Y value =  ODsample – ODblank), the X value (calculated by substituting the corrected Y value into the standard curve), and the final concentration (X value multiplied by the dilution factor). You can view, copy, and use the data directly online, as shown in the figure below.

Alternatively, click 【Export EXCEL】 to obtain a complete Excel spreadsheet for subsequent analysis, as shown in the figure below.
