School-Enterprise Collaboration to Promote Employment | Reed Biotech Invited to Participate in the Campus Recruitment Fair of the School of Information Engineering at Wuhan College

Recently, the campus recruitment fair of the School of Information Engineering at Wuhan College was successfully held. The event was guided by the Hubei Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Hubei Provincial Department of Education, and the Hubei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. It was jointly supported by multiple industry associations, including the Wuhan Security Technology Prevention Industry Association, the Wuhan Internet Industry Chamber of Commerce, and the Guangxi Chamber of Commerce of Hubei Province. The recruitment fair aimed to bridge the gap between university talent cultivation and enterprise employment needs, build a high-quality employment platform for students, and inject fresh talent into enterprises.
As a company deeply engaged in the biotechnology field, Reed Biotech was invited to participate in this event. The company joined the university and students in discussing talent cultivation and employment cooperation, providing students with high-quality career opportunities while bringing new vitality to enterprise development.


I. School-Enterprise Collaboration • Opening a New Chapter for Employment

The event was hosted by Huang Baohong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Wuhan College. He warmly welcomed leaders, industry guests, and corporate representatives in attendance, introduced the original intention and preparation of the recruitment fair in detail, and emphasized the university’s strong commitment to graduate employment. He expressed the hope that the event would further deepen school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen educational synergy, broaden employment channels for graduates, and deliver high-quality practical talents to outstanding enterprises.

Speech by Li Zhongyun, President of Wuhan College
Li Zhongyun, President of Wuhan College, delivered a speech. Guided by the university’s motto and spirit, he expressed gratitude to all organizations that have long supported the university’s development and student employment. He briefly introduced the university’s educational characteristics, talent cultivation philosophy, as well as the academic strengths and overall graduate profile of the School of Information Engineering. He noted that market demand for industry talent remains strong, and that the university has consistently adhered to an employment-oriented approach and actively promoted the integration of industry and education. He encouraged graduates to maintain a positive employment mindset and proactively pursue career opportunities, while also expressing hope that schools and enterprises would continue expanding cooperation dimensions, jointly building a healthy talent cultivation and employment ecosystem to support steady regional economic development.

Following this, the college presented Employment Mentor certificates to outstanding corporate representatives. Mr. Yiming Lu, Founder of Reed Biotech, was awarded the certificate and officially appointed as an Employment Mentor for the School of Information Engineering at Wuhan College. This appointment not only represents the university’s recognition of the company’s strength and social responsibility, but also establishes a solid bridge for collaborative talent development between the university and enterprise.



Exchange Session on Party-Building Activities
An exchange session on Party-building activities was also held during the event. Attending leaders shared practical ideas and implementation measures on promoting employment through responsibility and service-driven development. At the recruitment fair, the Reed Biotech booth attracted a large number of students. Many students arrived with carefully prepared resumes to seek consultation opportunities. Company representatives patiently introduced the company’s development history, core business, job openings, and talent development system, while answering students’ questions based on their academic backgrounds and career interests. Many students submitted resumes on-site and engaged in in-depth discussions with company representatives.


During the event, college leaders visited the booth to inspect the recruitment work and communicated warmly with our team. They gained a detailed understanding of the company’s recruitment standards, job requirements, and talent development plans, spoke highly of Reed Biotech’s active participation in school-enterprise cooperation and support for student employment, and expressed expectations for deeper collaboration in the future to achieve mutual success between the university and enterprise.
