| Description | The hypersensitive ECL chemiluminescence detection kit is a substrate detection kit used together with Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in Western blot experiments. It can be used to detect Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled proteins or nucleic acids, and to analyze protein content by protein imprinting or ELISA. It is compatible with film and digital development systems. | ||
| Instructions | 1. According to the requirements of immunoblotting experiments, seal the imprinting membrane and incubate the primary antibody and corresponding secondary antibody. 2. Wash the film with TBST three times, each time for 5 minutes. 3. Take an appropriate amount of substrate A and substrate B and mix them in a 1:1 ratio as needed. Note: The reagent is currently prepared and used, and the suction head of solution A and solution B must be replaced during the suction process. 4.
